Every week, our team provide preventative maintenance at Leonardo Hotel. Our hotel maintenance schedule includes routine checks of equipment and assets to ensure they run efficiently and prevent any costly repairs in the future.

We also worked alongside a construction company on the fit-out project for the Leonardo Hotel, providing the M&E and plumbing work.
MAYNARD SCHOOL - PIPEWORK & LED LIGHTING
Our team of engineers completed a thorough maintenance and repair project at Maynard School. The project involved inspecting, repairing and installing new LED lighting throughout the classrooms and staff areas.

NAT WEST - BOILER REPLACEMENT
Our heating specialists designed and built a compact plant room for the newly installed boiler.
The upgraded boiler will now provide lower heating costs, a quieter boiler operation, improved energy efficiency, precise temperature control and enhanced comfort in a warmer environment.
During this project, we worked outside of hours to provide minimal disruption.
